Ahhh what is this aaaahhh o__o
A new game from Yasuhiro Wada…… And Nobuo Uematsu is providing the soundtrack…………….
first game I’ve seen from E3 that I’m actually relatively excited about. Look at how cute it is. ; 3;
I was just wondering where the Harvest Moon series should go next, and I don’t mean in a Rune Factory goat girl dating way.
Although I have no clue what’s going on here, it appears to be some sort of interesting evolution of HM, so I’m interested.
PaPo & Yo (E3 cam gameplay walkthrough)
This PSN game is quite interesting, it looks distinct from most games without trying too hard with all the usual flamboyant gimmicks. It approaches the subject matter of a boy dealing with an abusive father in a more respectable manner than even most indie games would go about.
Where I would expect yet another game that appears “innocent” on the surface and then there’s some message or twist ending or theory that fans piece together on the internet that the whole game was an analogy and symbolic and “ohhhhmggeeee the monster was the boy’s alcoholic father all alongNTIUNGEUHTEIGTHISAINTYOURHAPPYKIDSGAME ALSORAPE”, this game is just honest about what it is, a boy using his imagination to escape his harsh reality, that is the actual premise of the game, they explicitly state it up front. So I am very intrigued where they take the story from there.
Timed hits, and the stickers seem more like card deck building than usable items like stupid Partners in Time, most of by unease about Paper Mario has been eased.
One area that Final Fantasy fans in particular can look forward to is the inclusion of many fan service elements in Version 2.0. Yoshida personally feels that FFXIV should be a fan service title. They’re adding elements from past FF games, recreated with FFXIV-level graphics and in the FFXIV world style.
Eeehhh, sounds kinda cheap and desper—
As an example, you’ll find a Crystal Tower in Version 2.0. This, of course, is from Final Fantasy III. The Mado Armor (Magitek Armor) that appears in Version 2.0 is pretty much the same design as that of FFVI.
OH, I….
He also said to expect an Ivalice and the FFXIII world in FFXIV form.
FUUUUUUUUUUUG!!!!!!!!! HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR THIS?
Huge dark industrial city, a pig king, and cups of hot coffee in treasure chests??
I don’t know if I’m capable of putting myself in media blackout mode for this game, I don’t want to spoil a single thing more.
I’ve always known no Nintendo theme park would be complete without an F-Zero rollercoaster, but just this little representation in Nintendo Land makes me feel good.
Have they detailed the Wii U’s backwards compatibility yet? I don’t think anything about it excites me more than the prospect of maybe getting to play GameCube games in bed.

It’s like they had a competition going on at E3 to see who could turn the most unlikely situation into another duck-n-cover third person shooter.
First Star Wars 1313 had an exploding falling ship be invaded by enemies blasting in sending random boxes and debris flying perfect to arrange into a perfect lasertag-style arena hall.
But then the otherwise promising Watch_Dogs leaves it in the dust with its protagonist who’s whole modus operandi is hacking into all surrounding electronic devices to go where he wants and gather information, who then hacks into a traffic light causing a major car accident, all so he can use the cars as cover for yet another old fashioned shootout.

Egoraptor he’s got it! |
Ubisoft’s E3 demonstration for Rayman Legends on Wii U, one of the few new games shown off at E3 today that pretty much everyone agreed looked great.
I almost got a Maestro vibe from the music stage — which, by the way, would be great to have on Wii U.

The only cool thing so far. granted the extra little gimmicks don’t bog down the real game.
